Prices
Charliemax reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our online site at any time. The price payable for the Goods shall be he price applicable on the date the Goods are confirmed as ordered.

Currency
All prices are shown in Australian dollars.

Payment methods and processing
Charliemax currently accepts Paypal only. Placing your order means you are engaged in a contract, and that you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered.
Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not be processed until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Victorian Public holidays.

Taxes and duties
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
When estimating the arrival of your goods consider the following:
Orders placed after Midday will be downloaded into the system for processing the following day. Therefore orders will not be actioned and processed on the day ordered if order placed after midday.
•There will be no dispatch of products over weekends and public holidays.
•If your order does not arrive by the number of days specified contact us at style@charliemax.com
•In case of incomplete delivery, shipping will only be charged on the first delivery.
•Goods will be delivered according to their availability. Charliemax will not be responsible for any delay of goods due to incomplete order forms.

Colours can vary slightly from those shown on your computer.

Exchange and refund
Items can be exchanged or reimbursed by indication of your intention to return within 7 days of their date of delivery, and by sending them back to us in perfect condition. All items returned must be in new and unused condition with all packaging, boxes and tags attached. Items intended for exchange and/or refund must be returned to Charliemax at the buyer’s expense. Full refunds are not available with sale items, however you are welcome to exchange.

Return of goods via mail
Before returning goods send an e-mail to style@charliemax.com.au describing the problem or reason for return. We will e-mail you with the return address. When approved, the item/s must be forwarded to Charliemax by registered mail and it should take around two weeks from the day you return your goods to process the return, whether it be the exchanged goods delivered to you, or a refund. You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges associated with returns, however Charliemax will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.

Legal Capacity to Transact
If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you can not place orders with Charliemax. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years.
Should Charliemax suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Charliemax reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Charliemax.

Our liability
We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any products supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the products(s) in question.

Privacy policy
To protect your privacy, you can visit the Charliemax site without identifying yourself or having to reveal any information about yourself.
We do not collect personal information when you visit our site unless place an order with us.
When you place an order you will be asked for the following personal information: your name, e-mail address, billing address and shipping address. We may share this information, and only that information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. We do not share, sell, rent or barter any identifiable personal information to any third party.
When you submit feedback or questions via e-mail, or contact us for information about our website, we will request your name and e-mail address. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiries, and for future information about Charliemax’s products.
Any activity while you are at www.charliemax.com.au may be monitored.
We do not want to send emails to you if you would prefer not to receive them. Send an email to style@charliemax.com.au and you will be removed from our mailing lists.
We reserve the right to make changes at any time to our policies and/or alter the look and functionality of our web site.

Force Majeure
Charliemax shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Charliemax, and Charliemax shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
